How to somewhat avoid being "the friend"

I need some "girlie" advice I guess you could say. I'm one of those girls that always winds up becomming the "friend" to the guys. The buddy, dude, hey lets go muddin or shootin kind... I mean granted i love doing those things, but i'm tired of being "the friend" and it branches from there because then when i'm introduced by one of my "friends" to one of their friends they introduce me as their "buddy"! Uggh... I love my friends, but i'm ready to stop being... the "friend" or the girl whom they ask to invite "other girls" around thinking that i know them and that being the only way they think of me as a girl. I dont dress like a dude.. all the time (i have my lazy days), I dont talk like a sailor, and there are some "guy" things i just won't do! (moon people (lol) pick up random bugs/reptiles, drink until i get sick or totally wasted (well, sometimes lol) and other stuff you get my point)... Just please, some help on how to get out of this "buddy" funk and slap them in the face (so to speak) that i am a GIRL! |
